DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
We work with a variety of clients including Architects, Contractors, developers, and home owners to develop the best structural design for their specific project. We believe that every job is unique and challenging in its own way whether it be new construction, a renovation, an addition, or historic restoration. We work with clients to produce a safe, accurate, and efficient structural solution that meets their goals. We are capable of producing redlines for review, studies, or incorporation into the client's drawing set. We can also produce our own set of fully coordinated structural Construction Documents.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
There is nothing more frustrating than your job getting delayed during construction while you are waiting for a response from the Engineer. Here at ISE, we pride ourselves on offering our services throughout the construction process in a timely manner to prevent delays. We answer requests for information (RFIs), review shop drawings, coordinate amongst other trades, and perform site visits. Working around existing conditions is a common occurrence in renovations that often requires creative structural designs and thinking outside of the box.
SPECIALITY SERVICES
We also offer our services for a variety of unique situations that our clients need. ISE has experience in façade inspections, structural restoration, forensic investigation including expert testimony, underpinning design, anchorage for signs and art installations, delegated stair designs, site retaining walls, and replies to home inspections amongst other services. Formerly known as The Kachele Group, Innovative Structural Engineers (ISE), P.C. is a full-service, Structural Engineering consulting firm. We have worked with a wide variety of clients over the years to to earn a reputation for professional expertise and exceptional customer service. At ISE, we approach each project with an open mind and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure their project goals, deadlines, and budget are met. As a result, the vast majority of our clients are either repeat clients or referred to us by other satisfied, valued customers. Custom, single family homes represent the bulk of our work; however, we also design small to medium sized commercial buildings, industrial buildings, and other specialty structures.
