We are always on the lookout for highly motivated, qualified candidates with experience in designing the following project types:  single family homes, institutional buildings, multi-family housing, small commercial buildings, and building restoration. Practical design experience in the design of all building materials, including steel, concrete, and wood is required.

The primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Completing analysis and design of the structural system, including the gravity and lateral force resisting systems as well as foundations for building projects.

• Communicating with clients and contractors.

• Preparing construction documents in AutoCAD or redlines to be used by others to create the structural construction documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Architectural Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural focus.

• E.I.T. is required, P.E. is a bonus.
